Error testing map: Couldn't find a spawn point

Hello all, i'm new to this forum, and i hope you can help me :)

I made a simple test map for myself to experiment a bit with gtkradiant's functions. It's a room with on one site the human_reactor+human_spawn and on the other side alien_overmind and alien_spawn.

The room is fully closed and there is no hole or any open part to the Void.

If I look at my map info, I can see there is a 'worldspawn' but i don't understand what it is. Is it the place where you come in the map as a spectator?

If the 'worldspawn' is de problem in trem's error, what do i need to do, or how can i move/see the worldspawn?

Thanx allot. (my english is bad because i'm from the netherlands ;))

btw. If it's needed, i can send you the .map  or the .pk3

Thomsen

ok, i will try it!

Thanks! :)

EDIT: yes, it works, thank you very much!

I've got i new problem, and i'm not sure if it can go in the same thread.

I finisched compiling and testing my map, and i added a light. but the only problem i have is that the ceiling isn't shown, on the place I made it is nothing, only black air, and i can get out of in as a spectator and as a dretch with wallwalk.

How do i fix this? The ceiling has the same texture as the walls, and the walls are working good.

Thanks.

Here are some screenshots, the first two are from Trem as spectator and the other two from gtkradiant.

As you can see, i can directly go up out of the room, into the dark. The whole ceiling is missing..

Greets, Thomas.

(if it's not clear yet with this screens, then I can send the .map or the .bsp)

Can you post the .map file. I might be able to fix it.
