Fireteams?

@long-range: if you hurt an alien, and it dies, then you get creds. if you just hurt it and it runs away and heals up, you get jack.

Half the total damage to an alien (throughout it's life-span) and another player does half, you'll each get a portion of the credits for killing that alien. You get alot of credits for assists in Tremulous.

@Plague Bringer: Assists & Getting the Kill on Wounded Enemies make Trem fun to play for me. Sometimes I get the kill, sometimes a teammate gets the kill. We all get creds. (And hopefully, make progress towards more BP.) Kewl.

Oh, and I discovered where the fireteams are. You'll find them in long hallways running backwards in S1. And in the enemy base in S3. (Use sprint key to keep up.)

So then, if I shoot a tyrant and manage to gun it down by 300 dmg, and then someone else kills it right away, I get 3/4ths the credits right?

But what if I do my 300 dmg, it runs to base, heals it all, goes out, gets hit for 300, heals again, does that six more times, and then finally dies? (from a turret) Do 8 players get 600 (3/4ths) creds each, or does each of 8 players recieve 100 credits?

i'm not sure about this, but i once played a 1v1 against an admin (but that's not the point) who build like 10000 turrets. I kept headbiting him, and run. He had 4 hp left, like 3 times, and when i finally had him, i earned 3 evo's .
