How do you think, are you a tactical thinker? Would you be able to plan attacks and bases? If so, we've got a spot open for a tactical officer, you don't need to be too active ingame, I just ask that you would be somewhat active on the forums to contribute to our tactical discussions and database. I am a tactician by nature.  I rather like it.  It's fun organizing this stuff.  Though I don't know a whole lot about all the Aliens' abilities, and I'd like to know more before creating tactical stuff about them.  I think that the spider dudes (the aliens) have quite a bit of potential.

No, I meant Seldom.  You and K-otic seemed pretty much eclipsed in his greatness.  You hid (your excuse is going to be "building," I just know it.)  While seldom got all the kills, and demolished our base.  He got 2 lucky kills right off the bat (because you weren't there to give him competition for kills and because Bringer and I rarely play human anyway) and went straight to goon.  From there, it's all history.  You didn't even show your face until after Bringer and I made a half-ass attempt to rush your base and you paniced and went goon to def but we were already dead from the acid tubes and you can't really devolve back to a granger, now can you?

Seldom owned, you were just along for the ride.

I have no problem with these "tactics" on maps such as Arachind, where there are enough places to devise tactics; but come on; ATCS? What tactic is there that takes 10 minutes to get ready on ATCS? Aliens dont need a base there so long as they make a quick rush and get to the nodes. And on humans; I mean; come on. You need 3 minutes to get a base there; five at the max. And you certainly do not have to worry about repairing when aliens are dretches.

There was, however, one very memorable moment when we were playing humans; Seldom was coming intoour base from the hall and jumped down to avoid fire, the thing is, he didn't notice we kept the two turrets down there; scared his shitless, Goons don't normally make faces, but god, he did that time. Priceless. He immediately pounced back up, of course.

yes, seldom did own. but i distinctly remember getting more kills than him as alien, even though i DID build. yes, he is better than me, but it's not like me and otic don't do shit.

oh, and actually i was already done building and evolved into a goon befoer you attacked. i was not "panicing". i was in the hall when i noticed you were not in you base, so i went back. but lo and behold, you guys both died to acid tubes. and how much of our base did you take out? 1 acid tube. congrats.

get a third member so we can have a real match with 3 vs 3. and like otic said, if you just want to 2 vs 2 just me and him, we would be glad to oblige. does anyone else want to put money on that match?

Im not nearly the best player in F5 or even close in Tremulous.
I got goon very early because share was on.

Kills mean NOTHING, especially in clan matches. We could have got much more kills and still have lost.

Goon > S1 Humans. It doesn't take much skill. And, I don't think I was the one to kill your base, either. Otic/equi took care of the base, I just killwhored us to S2/S3 while Equi went granger to rebuild our base.

I went into your base and headshot you if you were on the lower section. That doesn't require planning/skill.
