Moderator (re)election COMPLETE

Seems like some of the moderators elected last year have gone AWOL or lost interest. The forums have been getting pretty spammy recently so perhaps it's time for some more moderators. I think things have grown a bit since last time we did this, so this time around I'm looking for 7 moderators. Same deal as before; first we do nominations and following that an election is held, then I ignore the results of the election and appoint 7 moderators.

This is open to anyone and everyone, including (especially even) the existing moderators. For nominations please post the following in reply to this thread:

In all cases, I have a few ideas that would improve the moderation on that forum. We'll talk about that later, in another thread to stay on topic.

I can be helpful when I want, and yes I do have a sense of humour, whhich I will spread to everyone. I can be helpful and levelheaded when I want, I just like to be my own person. I wouldnt ban people for doing small practical jokes, as long as they dont continue or are against a particular person trying to make them feel bad. I help newbs when I see them.

Most of you have only noticed me from me an Plagues gag, making me seem like some spamming idiotic freak, only the tip of the iceberg.

As for Paradox, yes he has done a really good job clearing up the mess I make, God Bless Paradox, I swear he follows me.

Reason you'd make a good moderator: I try to be level headed and reasonable.  I'm on the forums at least a couple times a day.  I've been spectating/taking part in the tremulous community for a while now.  I generally try to contribute to any community I am a part of, this one included.

Cons (c'mon, everybody's got them): I can be overzealous with problems at times.  Typically though, I won't take action that is controversial unless I feel I must.  I will stand up for any decisions I make though.

N: Tuple, Khalsa, Risujin, Kevlarman, Henners, the currently active mods,  Survivor, David, next_ghost and darkwolf would all imo make good mods. Diggs and lava would also make decent mods but neither seem to be interested.

I'll leave the choice up to Timbo but i see nothing wrong with these candidates.

I'm happy to do it and have plenty of experience (senior jolt player admin and ex head referee/admin for UKTFCL, europes biggest TFC league when it was running. Ex admin for demon, and also for force9 if anyone remembers that. Also afaik I am an admin on tremulous.info, least I was 7 months ago - its just I cant connect to the servers any more cos of my Japanese ping...). The down side is I may have a period of vanishing coming up from next week as I am transferring across Japan and so may not have internet access at my new apartment. I just dont know until I get there....

Also I'd like to point out that PIE was a great forum mod, but has recently temporarily stepped out of Trem for school, he will return in may upon his graduation. I feel he should remain a forum moderator.

In all cases, I have a few ideas that would improve the moderation on that forum. We'll talk about that later, in another thread to stay on topic.

Please start that on-topic thread, as I have some very pertinent ideas as well.

I'm very happy to see that for whatever reason, Timbo et.all have realized the degradation of these forums and are going to do something about it. Lets throw a party for the forums!
