How do you make these. I really want to know:)

I just made images in MS Paint and copied them into frames in MS GIF Animator. If you have windows, you'll no doubt have Paint in your accessories and GIF animator can be found here.

I like them for their simplicity. =)

they are same size on forum pics, thats where i coppied them from so i kept them the same

So...you just draw the pic in pain and ani it?
and will it run on xp?

Yes, it does run on XP.

So all you have to do is paint it in paint and make it a ani?

Something like that. My advice to you is experiment with MS GIF animator to get a feel for it. It's a simple case of copying and pasting images into the slides. Bear in mind that conversion to gif can reduce picture quality.
