Making the evos/credits for killing buildables configureable

I've come up with a small patch that adds some new variables to control the number of evos/credits received for destroying enemy buildibles.  Increasing the values should make people attack the enemy base more aggressively.  The patch is at the bottom of my website:

if you really want to piss off timbo change the functionality of tremulous.h with a tremulous.cfg file ( so you can change everything dynamically - CHAOS :D )
