I didn't even need the [url] tags 'cuz OSX copies the image address as a ctrl-click item (sweet)
you just have to find the thumb on the website and copy that image address
then use the [img] tags
now I know
this was a good lesson in teaching us n00bzlorzls 2 post thumbs
