some are quite stupid and i am in good mood so i don't feel like

once that person try to log in and "wtf?"
she/he comes back(lets face it:changing ip is just pure formality)
and asks "why?"
and gets banned second time
3 time that person wont reveal identity and since he or she is pissed a lot
she/or he probably start to spam/troll/act hostile
while real trolls will be back anyway
and since those "eccentrics" can be bound 2 their nick or postcount
getting warning and knowing what mod/admin thinks its unsuitable
may change action of that person (or not)
(btw if i was about to get i banned i would like 2 knew the reason 2)
2nd if i would chat with someone and that person suddenly gets banned
i would like to knew about it
yes there is the "guest" stuff but it is rarely used so u don't knew who is and who is not
-new system of marking banned ppl would be fine 2
