Upon further reflection, Fluxflashor had a brilliant idea, given the name of the thread. When someone says something witty or meaningful an admin should lock it, then whenever some topic or post is brought up relating to OS wars it can be moved to the crap thread, redirecting the person to this thread.

WOOT! Redundancy!
Flux is long dead / banned from the forums.

He runs WoW private servers now...

I don't have serious problems with any of the operating systems.
Mac, granted I used it for about a week but it ran fine.
Linux? Seemed to be fine I once dual booted using that one program (cant remember the name but it was on lifehacker) and I have used vmware and used ulteo a couple times.
Windows is the one I primarily use, but I do use some open source software such as Firefox (3.0RC1 to be exact)

Apple OS X - Love it.
Linux - Love it.
Windows XP - Don't love it, but I don't hate it... It does what I want it to do, so I'm not complaining.
Windows Vista - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TaIUkwPybtM

have ya seen ironman? i'm sure most of ya have anyways, what OS was that cus that was a sick looking OS. someone could probably make that in linux anyways cus 99% chance that that OS was just some Movie animation orsomething. Anyways, i want that OS with help menu interface named Jarvis. how sweet it would be to have a Jarvis.

No offense but this is a rather stupid thread — there are literally hundreds if not thousands of them out there. At least it's in the right category.

QVMs now compile under Leopard; get the patch here. Requires SVN r1053 or later.

That type of OS is called a Hollywood OS, which does nothing but preprogrammed stuff.

Surprisingly, PCs often cost more than Macs. You must be using a cheap Windows box...?
