*.cfg file in Linux

Hello.
I have got small problem with *.cfg file on Linux version(installed from Ubuntu respositories)...
Where is it? And what's up with it? I saw some in *.pk3 file, but usually in games on Q3 engine this file is in game folder or in some subfolder, not in *.pk3... But if this file was that what im lookin' for, then read that:
I had other binds/configs on some servers. For exemple, on one server I had nick Ralzuk, sprint under "x" and ctrl and "All your base are belong to us!" under "p", and on others nick Ralzuk@Ubuntu, sprint under "x", under "ctrl" attack and "All your..." under F12(since i binded it two times)... Like binding affect only few servers... I could just disconnect and connect on other server and my nick changed...
And there's one funny thing more: one time i had(or i thought i have; i'm confused) nick "CallMeNoob"(seen on "scores" and by /name command), but some dude said to me "Ubuntu", like he was seeing my nick as "Ralzuk@Ubuntu"(there was no other players with "Ubuntu" in nick(Like other nick on my PC and other on server ). It is possible that dude knew me, but i wouldn't be sure...

Sooo... Can anyone explain me what the is up with that freakin' *.cfg file in Tremulous?

Hmm... You mean /home/usrname/.tremulous? Sorry, i'm new in linux... Ok, there's no such folder...
But i have /usr/share/games/tremulous/base and there data-1.1.0.pk3 with default.cfg.. Is that default.cfg like wolfet.cfg in Wolfenstain: ET? So each bind in game goes there?
Hmm, and does anyone know why my  configs vary on servers? Will editing that file(not binding from console) help?:> Or servers will say that my base file is corrupted? :F

Uh, oh. I see now tremulous folder in my /home/... It appered when i played first time... But why I didn't see it before i reinstalled system? Damn, maybe file searcher dont look into hidden folders... Ok, so i I edit it manually, i should have same stuff on every server, yes? Ok, thx. :F
