 I have been tryig to set up my own host/server for my clan but it keeps comming up with a message sayong "bad client Num 339433" (the number isn't the right number, because, i can't remember the correct number) but i can not start it up.... anyone can help me?

and when you got a server running how do u changes things like bp and bases?

also, how do i keep my server online like running?

I have never seen this problem before.
But hmm can you get a screen shot of your problem so it would help the us help you?

Also can this topic be moved to troubleshooting!

thx but i can't take screen sjts in the menu cause it dosn't save or anything and i don't have a xamera or a mobil phone so yea... i am pretty stuffed  :(

because even in windows the games logs everything to the cmd-console.
Just start the game from a cmd-prompt.

If you don't even know the basics of your OS, how do you expect to be able to run a server?

open start-menu, select run, enter cmd, hit enter... et voila, cmd-prompt.

maxwell i have anserws if you try to run two servers at once cit will come up with that message or if you click create server then create it it will do the same thing nyou have to run server bat then run tremulous and change your dedictated to internet (this is when creating a new server

You can ask the folks over at }MercenariesGuild{ about hosting multiple servers on one computer. They require that you have in your possession a brain, however, and you're not stealing mine.

You have to set net_port, If I'm not very much mistaken.
