« on: November 24, 2007, 03:03:39 am »
Does anyone in this forum know how to work SSH?
If so can someone help me?
What I am trying to do is download, install, and set preferences to connect to CENTOS Version 4!  I am very confused and wondering if anyone here can ofter me there support in order to setup my servers.

Thanks

What about SSH do you need to know?  For work, I wrote up a page on our documentation system which you can see here though it does have some things that only pertain to the network there.  It also pertains more to using SSH to connect somewhere, not setting it up as a service, but I think that's what you're looking for.  If it's not answered there, feel free to ask away.

Oblivion, please don't try to administrate any kind of server w/o any form of basic knowledge.
You coming here to ask questions not even loosely related to tremulous makes you really look like a retard that has no clue where he could get support for the most basic tools of the trade.

Anyways...
What most ppl use on windows to SSH is "putty", but w/o prior access to the target, even that will not help you. Read up on the link Rocinante gave you as to why.
