[Promotion] MG Development

January's mod of the month by me has been cancelled. I have some ideas, but need to flesh them out before releasing those concept plans.
So instead, I'll be promoting MGDev, and their recent changes, in partial cooperation with the devs.
Go check it out some time.

We're not really ready to advertise this yet but anyone is welcome to play on the server at lolcat.mercenariesguild.net:30730. There's an in-game help menu outlining some of the major changes. Techhead, apparently, has volunteered to answer any of your questions.

Go ahead, ask away!
Just don't ask for a list of everything that is different, either look at the change-log or try it out yourself.

This is what was known as "TJW's mod" (which stalled over the summer). Since TJW is no longer actively developing Tremulous, the Mercenaries Guild devs have picked up development where he left off. Most of the (post-TJW) modifications so far have been made by myself, but benmachine and Lakitu7 have also made important contributions. Norfenstein is tweaking the gameplay while the rest of us have been polishing the code, fixing bugs, and adding (non-gameplay related) features. I've been working on this for about a month and development went on for a little before I got there as well. Judging by patch size, there are twice as many changes as Arcade mod so there's lots to see!

I will try and convince benmachine to remove the sv_maxPing limit so everybody can at least spectate.
