It's part of the same overarching storyline as Bratpack. There was also at least one Super Special (which I read, it was pretty cool). I bought all of Maximortal, but I don't want to read it yet, because Veitch has been promising to finish the durn story cycle (the King Hell Heroica) since like forever, and to the best of my knowledge he never put out the final issue (the one that's supposed to tie it all together): Super Special #2. It's as if Watchmen was still going/never finished. Intriguing yet infuriatingly procrastinatory.
