Heh.  Out of curiosity, am I the only one who played the Quake games with the music turned off?  I'd bet I'm in the minority.

I'd rather not bet but I'm in team with you now: I almost always turn music off in any game. It just disturbes. Especially in fps games. But crappy metal is another thing

I do the same in pretty much anything but Operation Flashpoint or games like that, since they usually only briefly use music, and then, only in specific circumstances (like riding the choppa to the para-insertion point or somesuch).
