Power, could you send me Mister Kishoto's IP please?  I don't know who he is, and I sure as hell hope it's not someone I normally like because this fucker is on my hitlist.

Thanks.  :)

Well, he's gone to three or four proxies, and its Nitrox.  I already have his ISP's phone number, though I'm not sure it will do me much good since he's in Malta and I'm not sure how their laws are.  I'm pretty certain I can get his service shut off, its just a fair warning Nitrox, I'm sure your parents would not be happy with losing service that they probably payed an acivation fee for.  Do not push my limits.  I can easily delete your spam and continue to ban IP after IP, even put a few subnet bans in place, but you seem to be using a wide range, and I noticed a proxy site or two as the host.  I still have your main Subnet though, don't forget that.  I don't want to take this to serious, but remember this, your identity is open to anyone on the internet.  I already have your city and I don't see it being hard to get your street adress, if you want things to get more fun, continue to spam our site, if you don't, stop now.  I have no problem getting your service shut off or whatever legal means I can do to disrupt your games and fun.  Something as simple as playing around with someone online, can turn into lawful actions.  So this is your ONLY friendly warning.

Look we all know your a <........> Power but why would you involve police or any authority figure for that matter when someone and i don't know if it actually is Nitrox but come on its more then likely him, just wastes his/her day by spamming some bullshit on your forums in which you clearly just stated yourself can delete his spam and ban Ip after Ip and do some subnets on him ?

Jesus thats one long ass run on sentence sorry about that i just typed it all in one "breath"

Don't go ape shit over this either its a serious question.

Because I don't have time to play kitty games, I'm working 90 hours a week and trying to get the site functioning well.  I also know for a fact it is Nitrox, due to some MSN convos and the IPs.  It is also a bit of over talk as well, like trying to scare him into stopping now.  I will call his isp, but I doubt I would ever take legal action.  The furthest I would go is inform my host, so they could take it as an assualt towards them, and they could choose what legal actions they wanted to take if any.  I'm just not in the mood for this kiddy bullshit, its one thing to make an account or two and post a stupid application, but 5 accounts including an imperisination of Jit, 86 shoutbox spam messages, and some forum spam post is becoming to be irritable.  I can easily clean it up, ban the new ips, and move on, but I would prefer to spend a few hours on the phone and put an end to the bullshit for good, rather than 5 minutes everyday/every other day dealing with this bullshit.  I'm not going apeshit, I'm just not playing his stupid games.  If he wants to play big time by using proxies and going "all out spam" then I'll call his ISP and have his service disconnected for breech of contract.  Simple, easy, and something he will surely regret.

Relax sometime man its good for your health.

Delete the spam remove the accounts and move on.

I saw Jit in the shoutbox but honestly i kinda thought it was him cause he does talk like that alot lol.

He didn't even know the address to the site yet, and almost never visits Trem.net, so I knew right away it wouldn't be him.  Also he doesn't talk like that with me from what I've seen.

I am plenty relaxed, but when you get off a 14 hour shift of work, you don't want to sort through 100 chat box posts and delete the majority of them, so I'm taking action to ensure I don't have to for the next however long Nitrox feels like acting like a 3 year old.

Oh I see, you got it pretty well in hand then Power.   :)  What you're threatening is more efficient and less messy than what I had in mind anyway, so I'll just leave you to it.  Sorry to hear it's Nitrox, I used to like the guy.

@Rabbitt: Maybe you should analyze your actions, before automatically putting the blame on these forums owners.  This is the second clan forum you have been banned from, am I correct?  Just a friendly piece of advice.  :)

Oke.

First of all it got bit out of hand and yes I admit I acted as an idiot.

So thats it I apologize for spamming on your warez clan site

Second of all, I wasn't the only one spamming.

Third, I didn't know you were gonna take it that bad.

Fourth, its more than just the spam imo.

Fifth, I still <3 you

Sixth, I'm not banned so you're (theoritcally) inviting me to spam (which is what you want me to do)

Seventh, a simple whois on me won't give you as much info as a whois on you could give

I'd been thinking about that.. though I'm not sure where to begin. :P  Someone want to point to a post where the split should be, or you want to lock and start over?

Lock and start over is fine, Jit is to lazy to update the main post anyway, so if I make it it will actually be updated :P
