Looking for clan that offers training
« on: July 16, 2008, 02:08:33 pm »
Hey, I like to think that i'm  good at trem.. but then again i like to think alot of things.. truth is i get my head bitten or ass shot no matter what team i'm on. Lately i've been dretching somewhat effectivly (when someone explained to me that headbiting simply means looking up ><)

Overall i love getting so into an fps and getting into clan warfare and whatnot, and would love for this in Trem.. but i would need training as i am an unskilled player as of yet

oh and i'm in Malta, thats in the GMT+1 timezone ;)

I'm willing to work with you after 5:00pm Central time today.  Be under this name so I can "Find Friend" you and take you to a private server.

And for the record, KrazyKain is not associated with KobraKaine, Kohrylite or Kaine.

You have learned the valuable lesson that when advertising for a clan on an international forum, it's often useful to put some reference as to your location in the first post. Including your time zone then would have saved you the embarrassment of now having to be disappointed with a person who offered their time to privately tutor you.

This lesson in civility brought to you with a brighter Tremulous future in view for all. The love you take is equal to the love you make.

<condescending rhetorical question> Aimbot, what Timezone does the Gunn clan fall under? </condescending rhetorical question>

embarressment?

while i do apologize i'd hardly call this an embaressment. first off i was NOT asking for 1on1 tutoring (altough i highly appreciate the offer and would have taken it) I was asking for a clan that offers training, and bigger clans tend to have members from around the world, meaning trainers in most timezones. also this is the internet, confusion like that happens all the time, its hardly embaressing.  having said that... I will be sure to include where i am from in future posts

Don't take it personally, KrazyK.

Think of PlayerOne as the grown up version of your class clown... He's educated, humorous, occasionally cracks a joke at your expense, but at the end of the day, he's harmless.  :)
