YOu cant just follow one of the stickies for setup a server on a mac? (there are like 2, ask syntac(bomb))

Tremded .ub goes into your Tremulous folder. To download it, right click on the link and hit  "Download linked file." If you just click on the link, it will open it as a text file, which is a bunch of code that does nothing for you.
