alien overmind destruction timer logic

I think this is not conceptually very nice (in addition to being very frustrating):

Trying to build overmind: Error: "There can be only one overmind"

Trying to build an egg: Error: "There is no overmind"

In my opionion there should be no timer of removing entity after it being blown up when match has reached already to this point where there are no eggs nor overmind. Overmind building timer should be enough.

You know, it was probably some granger somewhere else in the level who built an OM. And so the first error message is correct and the second should have been "The OM isn't finished building yet"
urphy's rules of combat
8 ) Teamwork is essential; it gives the enemy someone else to shoot at.
18 ) Make it too tough for the enemy to get in and you can't get out.

Its a timer when whatever structure is destroyed, and humans do have it too, in theory it was 'faster' to deconstruct a structure thats about to die if you plan on rebuilding it, however, with the deconstruct timer servers running R1CHs code have, it probably isn't the case. I guess it was also meant so that  sawing/shooting/killing the old structures would have a sort of penalty timer to balance it a bit with the deconstruct timer.
