At this point I'm pretty much done, I could do a few more things that may/or may not, make
it better in terms of code cleanliness.

The patch is going up on googles cgame googlecode page.

On a side note, google doesn't like it the way it is, he wants it tied into the normal chat area,
I'm not really for this but whatever he adds to his project is up to him. I'll release something
onto mg patch tracker later tonight.

Make a cvar that allows me to control if the text appears top-left, top-right, bottom-left or bottom-right.
