Instead of taking away all BP, can you just change the recharge rate of BP to 0? To allow the moving and TKing (accidental ofc) of structures still?

That's actually a nifty idea for moving but I disagree with the TKing part.  Mark decon still working would be cool.  The whole point of Sudden Death is Sudden Death though.  When it hits it's supposed to end the game.

Yeah? A turret gets destroyed, -8BP forever. A ret gets TKed, +8x BP (x=FFdmg%)
also, repeaters lose all BP, and don't get 20 if a fresh one is made.

I like this except instead of all structures, just arm, medi, and booster.

i know... i want to see what happens if i make a map with a hovel in it and send it to the official us server.
why no hovels. it makes meh cry.

There should be no sudden death.  The bp queue should just take longer and longer to come back as time progresses in the game.  This way there is no "sudden" moment when a team wins, and rushing can always be effective.

I think the essential structures can be built once even in SD. So humans can be able to build ONE armory ONE medi and ONE rc and ONE spawn in SD. Aliens can be able to build ONE OM, ONE egg and ONE booster during SD. In v1.1 many servers worked like this.

In v1.2 servers I hate when the opponent team traps the RC or OM, camp next to it and wait till SD to destroy it immediately. Very annoying.

If your team is really that pathetic then you deserve to lose.
