Win Vista backport problem

Hi, friend have problem with backport. When he use it, then he can't download serverlist. He can't even connect server ip directly. He tryed set fs_homepath somewhere else than documents and there was successfuly created all configs etc. but same problem with serverlist.
So he must use tremulous without guid. Anyone can help?

there are no problems with them, (there were problems with 64 bit clients in general, but those are mostly fixed afaik)
