Radiant problem: Tremulous (Standalone) cant find textures, files, etc.

First ,Quick Question:
---Does Tremulous use .WAD files and .PK3, or just .PK3???
Second:
---Why do i get this text when trying to load textures???

"Cannot load ' C:/Documents and Settings/Tim Wargo/Application Data/RadiantSettings/1.5.0/trem.game/shadertags.xml. ' "

Because the file doesn't exist.

Unable to find default tag file C:/Documents and Settings/Administrator/Desktop/BIG DICKS/netradiant-1.5.0-win32/netradiant-1.5-win32/trem.game/shadertags.xml. No tag support. (Yes, I am too lazy to add a user account.)
My copy of NetRadiant works fine without it. I think you'll be OK.
