Just a quick heads up for any Southern Hemisphere folks that read these forums.
You probably know how bad the GameArena servers are, with no admins and a recent plague of griefers in the last week or so.
Well, there is a new server on the way which should hopefully solve all our problems, but in the meantime I have set up a temporary server. You can find it in the server list as "GameArena Sucks #2"
We have gone to the trouble of using tjw's trembot on this temp server, and it is fantastic. If there are a few people on, one or more will probably have admin status, and we want to give out 'regular' status to all the old regulars from GA (you know who you are) so that any griefers will have a very hard time on our server when it is busy.
To be included in the list of regulars, you should download tjw's patched tremulous.exe found here:

http://trem.tjw.org/tremulous.exe but the first link is the recommended one.
These new exe's still allow you to play on other pure servers, and you can still play on our server with the old exe, but with one of the patched versions, we can set you up as a 'regular' player which gives you certain priviledges and protection from griefers.
Should you need to contact an admin, just PM me on these forums.
Also, if you havn't already, you might want to download the maps meep and gloom2beta2 as they'll be going in the map rotation later this week.
