[SOLVED] Proper tremulous executable.
« on: January 20, 2009, 12:07:55 pm »
OK, so regarding to my all issues I've noticed that default tremulous executable (in my case tremulous.x86, or tremulous.exe)
doesn't allow me to give myself admin wrights (coz default one don't have admin panel as it written down here http://tjw.org/tremulous/ADMIN.txt),
But reminding latest news executable placed in http://trem.tjw.org/backport/ doesn't work with tremulous 1.1.0 any more.
Following instructions on main page http://trem.tjw.org I was trying to execute TremulousTest.x86, unfortunately my output is

The thing is that when i want to give myself admin permissions this is happening

same thing happens when i type that in ingame console with rcon password and that mean that my tremulous.x86 executable is not the one I need

You can try http://releases.mercenariesguild.net/client/.
If it doesn't work, come on IRC and hopefully people can work out whats going on.
Any maps not in the MG repo?  Email me or come to irc.freenode.net/#mg.
