Cannot open default.cfg

When I open Tremulous it tells me cannot open default.cfg. Can anyone tell me how to fix this using a simple explanation?

if you're replacing your client with backport, the new client has to be in the directory you installed tremulous in (windows: C:\program files\tremulous)

Archangel, since you seem to know what is the problem, can you give me directions to fixing that problem in a simple way? If you need to know, I have Windows XP.

well reinstalling would fix tremulous but baiscly that means that the tremulous he is using ins't in his tremulous folder. AH I HATE THAT I CANT EXPAIN IT.

reinstalling is never the solution. STOP SUGGESTING IT.

don't try to run tremulous from your desktop, it won't. put the binary where tremulous is actually installed.
edit: next time you post the same thing in more than one thread or hijack someone else's thread you get a one week vacation from these forums.
