Anybody recognize this?

I've attached a picture to this post, file name humansng7.png creation date show Sep 01 2007 but that might be innacurate.

I found this on an old HDD labled archive within /trem . If anyone recognizes this pic, or who made it, please let me know.

It's a Trem version of I-can't-remember-his-name-but-he-used-to-frequent-the-HBN-forums' Halo sprites.

I think his name started with "I", but all I can think of when I think of names starting with "I" is Ingar and Inarki.
