online compiler is it possible

i was wondering if its possible for an online compiler to work where you put in code and the website compiles it for you.

Yes, it's "possible" for it to work. Thats all it will ever be for trem tho.

Compiling is expensive in CPU time and memory. I don't think anyone would be able to run such a service for free.

As fas as i know there is such a free service http://www.onlinecompiler.net it has many languages to program and it compiles it online and it gives u the executable....
