Plzz help me i need to know how to put the mods on cause i downloaded the arcade mod and i cant get it to work, can anyone help me? by the way my name is Horse Semen on Trem.....

Follow the instructions that come with the mod.

None.
You put it next to the current tremulous executable and run it instead of the old one.
Any maps not in the MG repo?  Email me or come to irc.freenode.net/#mg.

Is there anyway to set up a mod simply on a local server set up through the in-game "create server" option?
