trem will not launch. help

so i was messing with the resolution since i got a new monitor, and now this comes up when i try to boot it.

Help please.

Go to start->run and in the box type: "C:\Program Files\Tremulous\tremulous.exe" +set r_mode 4
(With the quotes around the first bit)
