Frozen in game?

I just went into a server right,, and i couldn't move. i could see others walking and talk. I can talk to but just cant move..

Did you already click once, choose  your team, choose your class and wait for your player to spawn.

in spec i cant move.. my lago thingy says 20 i can talk, i can use cmds, but i cant move.. when i spec someone then unspec, i can move for half a second , then it freezes again..

EDIT:

some servers work for me tho.. like tremwars.. anything else has that problem.

your fps is probably too high for the connection to handle, try setting cl_maxpackets to 125, and capping your fps to 125 on servers where you get over 100 ping.
