MAKE CREEP VISIBLE!

i have no idea, but could somebody make creep visible, and maybe a blue ring for powerin humans?

After thinking a bit, I figured out what you are asking for. You want to know the limits of your building range, correct? The best way to do this now is by picking a building to build inside your base, and walking to where you want to build. The building will turn red if you move outside of the power/creep range.

I think he means a sphere around buildables visible to the builder.

Same sort of thing can be seen in TF2 when you build a sentry gun with the gun range.

If your near an egg which should be a safe zone for you to click and select a building then your going to be within creep.
The structure is green and you can walk to where you want to build. if you leave the creep zone then the structure turns red.
If you have ever played sim city 4 when you build a police station theres a glowing ring that shine around the station.
Thats about as reasonable way as i can think to do it without have some sort of meter on the screen. anything would be annoying.

This isnt the best place to make this suggestion but im going to anyway.
in 1.2 could it be made so that when an egg gets damaged the area of creep shrinks until it heals and maybe the amount of structures the OM controls goes down?

Visible in what sense: make the builders see the range on the walls where they can place buildings? Or make it look like what the zerg has?
The first option would be a nice visual aid, the second would be a terrific sign for the enemy for finding those hidden eggs...  :)

you wouldnt make it visible to anything other then grangers.
apply the same rules that the health meter follows.

Pres sumably so that you just have to hurt the om the slightest bit to have all the alien defenses at the edge of the range pop.

Bear in mind that it's not just useful for builders. If anything it would be MORE useful for the attacking humans who would more easily avoid the slowdown effect the creep has on their movement.

Also, how's about making those barricade models look like they actually block those gaping holes you can see through.
