[SOLVED] Admin.dat commands with arguments

I have seen this, and I would like to implement it, but I'm not sure how to use it.  Could someone explain how to install these patches, and use them, on my ubuntu trem server?

Grab the source (svn co -r755 svn://svn.icculus.org/tremulous/trunk/ tremulous-src) and then patch -p0 < patchfile.patch and make.
Revision 755 is trem 1.1.0, lots of patches may be against other versions.
Any maps not in the MG repo?  Email me or come to irc.freenode.net/#mg.

How do I do that?  Download it from somewhere?

What does this mean.  I'm sorry but I only get the make part on the end.
