How can I add the !bot and bot cmd command to my server, without getting a new qvm. Is it possible, like to add it under the Admin.dat? Like with [Command]

If So I would love to know how. I also want to know the same about Slap, and Drop (from Googles QVM)

You have to have a qvm that has bots otherwise bots won't work.
