Blender help [and some more quetions].

Well i download blender and i don't know how to use it be cause i only downloaded it a second ago in the official site   and when i start blender i see a block and i don't know what to do with it its
like some box   help.
and i download tremulous as well i want to know commands for it and i searched it and did not find it
i feel like a dretch running around a egg  
please help

Read and follow the blender manual which can either be found on the blender homepage or maybe in blenders help menu. After you have done that for lets say two weeks, come back and ask again. But this time smart questions please.

about binds: manual pdf? If there was page for all kinds of console commands - what they do and how to use it i would sure like to have a look. However, as far as i know there isn't any
