Help with Brightness Bar
« on: August 13, 2009, 03:14:04 pm »
Hello. I am running Trem on Windows Vista. It works perfectly, except whenever I turn it on, the brightness is extremely low. But when I go to change the brightness, It says that it is max, so then I slide it all the way to the left then the right and it works. But after I exit the options bar, It comes up a lot of "SetGammaDeviceRamp Failed" Messages and works fine but then resets the brightness to lowest when I relaunch the game/alt+tab. Any help would be appreciated, TYIA.

Update your graphics drivers from the manufacturer of your video card.

Tried updating, it's the current version. It's not a big problem...Just an annoying thing to have to open up the options bar every single time. If you can make a bind where I press the button and it go to lowest brightness, then max that would be nice.

For the bind you can just do /bind <somekey> "r_gamma 0.1; wait 1; r_gamma 3"
Any maps not in the MG repo?  Email me or come to irc.freenode.net/#mg.
