Ok i want to ask what do you have to do, to gain admin's respect. I think you need to play with them and kiss their ass so they can make you admin. What do you guys think?

nah it's not about kissing ass it's about being friendly and knowing what you're doing.

If you're someone that calls vote kicks on skilled players calling them bot...no amount of ass kissing will win you adminship until you grow the hell up.

True, admining should be done by those not really wanting to do it but still qualified to do it. This will result in minimal interference while maintaining overall order.

Though to be fair I just asked to be an admin and was made one.


But then I have years of adminning experience, and admin TFC for Jolt so that doesnt put a bit of perspective on it :S

Tbh a good admin is someone who plays like a normal player, and only ever uses admin powers when they are actually needed for something. Anything in unnessessary and breeds contempt from players. Of course there are certain perks, like reserved player slots...

well, what i did was i downloaded tjws binary then started playing on his server. He very soon started to love me (hehe who dosent ) and now i have level 4
