Click on the client area, then the folder of the operating system you use.
I'm assuming you use Windows, in which case you use the stuff in
this folder. Place the DLL files in C:/WINDOWS/system32 (most likely -- if you don't see that or it doesn't work, post what version of Windows you're using). Run the exe file. You can rename your current Tremulous binary to something like trem-old.exe, and tremulous.x86.exe to tremulous.exe .
If you're trying to create your own server, you also need
win32 tremded.
This is apparently a good guide, just use MG's client instead of TJW's. If you're not trying to make the server public, don't worry about port forwarding and all that stuff.
You'll need a QVM, too. I personally like
Rezyn's QVM (the specific download that you need is
this) but most people like
Lakitu7's QVM (specific download:
linky), which is more "vanilla" and is the standard of Tremulous servers.
EDIT: If you are trying to boost the build points, you can use the cvars g_humanBuildPoints and g_alienBuildPoints, which you can set in server.cfg.
For example:
g_humanBuildPoints 99999
g_alienBuildPoints 99999
This would set the build points of both teams to '99999.'
Note: if you want to set up your own, full-blown, public, and hopefully popular server, it's recommended to rent a Tremulous server rather than run it from home (unless you have a really good set up).
