Looking for a 3-button build bind.

Not quite sure where this should go.
I saw a set of binds recently that allow you to build with three buttons - 2 to scroll through the structures and one to build the selected structure. Can anyone link me to it? I think it was on these forums but I can't find it with search.

just about any scrollwheel bind does this. Look at the Sgt. Frog's binds thread.
