My Tremulous Nebula
« on: September 13, 2009, 07:48:34 pm »
Just last week I installed Ubuntu Linux. From then I decided my time and effort to editing

and making it a tremulous nebula.

From that an hour later I got:

Then from that, 30 minutes later, with around 10 plug-ins installed to gimp I came to the result of

.

Please post any feedback.

Does the author of the original image agree with further modifications of his work? By darkening it you killed a lot of planet surface awesome detail. And the added Gimp lightning effect just looks too cheap in comparison with the quality of the image. I am in no way trying to discourage you, just being honest here. Good luck with further stuff and thanks for effort and sharing.

My computer started messing up with the graphics so I had a problem viewing it so I had to redo it over and over again, my fault really took me 30 minutes, had to search some plug-ins to check out.  :-[

FYI: The place I got the origanll photo only claims if you want to order a frame of it you must charge nothing against editing.
