Local player settings.

It could been nice, if I had to configure my friend. Of course, the settings will be only saved locally and not sending to the network. Some sort of example can be selecting voices. I can define one player to use one voice set and other to use different. Also could I add marks to player or additional clothes. It could makes tremulous more funny game.

It could been also fine, to define other colors(of clothes) to each players.
