Necroing, and why it's bad.

Hey there Tremulous programmers and makers. Really love the game and i hope it does not drop, Here's my suggestion below.

It all starts with me playing on X server and 2 Admins are completely rude to me. My suggestion is to have polite and mature Admins if you even expect players to stay on

Addition to the Comment above

The two immature Admins on X server i currently speak of are Xeye And Iwolf. Called me a Fag and muted me several times . I said several things bad myself, but as admins they shouldnt act like I did. They took it triple fold on what i did!

again though. I hope the game still keeps going :)      :battlesuit:  :basilisk: :dretch:

I like discussion such as these. But i agree with the 2ND comment from the first.

It should still be named the chain gun because that keep some Tremulous classic feel to it

Also, if you call it a minigun players will be thinking : theres Nothing mini about that big boy!'

Sorry you had a bad experience on a server.  However, if you look through the posts on this forum you'll see that this isn't the place to bring up problems on servers.  You should find their webpage or contact information and contact them directly - or just not play there, which is 99% of the time a better solution.

I would've just left that go, but then you replied to a thread that was at least a year old, basically to say "me too".  Please don't bring up old threads unless you have something good to contribute to them; the discussion ended long ago, and doesn't need to be brought to the forefront just because someone agrees with the sentiment.

If you feel that badly about it, stop crying aboose here and post on their forums. Alternatively, a better idea would be for you to stop going there altogether. On second thought, that is a much better idea :)

Rude admins? You can't find any in Tremulous.
Tremulous admins are newbie friendly, tolerant, and real gentlemen.
Thanks to the built-in mind control code, Tremulous Developers are able to control admins in all servers.

Hello.

This is Eyekey from X, and the issue what went on yesterday was pretty much this.

I was in-game as usual, and I was playing fine and Wolf was with me. Then this guy was coming into the server and starting saying un-nessiscary things and he was complain that Wolf was aimbotting, and he called voted a kick for him to be banned, Wolf said “Haha” or something on the lines of it, and this guy was getting out of hand, calling poll votes for people to be kicking claiming other players to be aimboting. Several polls were made about me, which was pretty much immature, is well with some other users.

I'm requesting if that this topic can be locked, a topic has been made, on the forum, please register at xserverx(dot)com/forum

We hope this gets resolved shortly, and I am invovled with this, which altogether it was a stupid day.
