Tremulous 1.1.0 Gcc 4.4 x86_64 patch

Tremulous 1.1.0 built with Gcc 4.4 on x86_64 fails to run VM's.

I created a patch that upgrades the VM source code to the latest svn IoQuake VM code.  It fixes the problem.

you're probably better off running one of the unofficial clients based on recent code (with the netcode/abi changes undone to be compatible with 1.1)
