I believe its called /devmap and /noclip, atleast for the ATCS one.

nah, hummies were camping in base atm, we tried to make tower for about 3 times becouse they were trying to get out sometimes :)
there was also 4th tyrant on map somewhere... but afair he couldn't jump on topmost's head.
