It will eventually become necissary to take in the surroundings and inspect the corpse, but given that we are currently in the open and wounded, it would be tactically foolish to be overly curious at the moment.  (ie: Any inspecting, peeking, or exploring is foolhardy.)

Roaring would call too much attention to us, and standing still out in the open seems equally unwise.  We currently have no idea whether enemies exist in the room or not, so attacking seems pointless, especially when our odds of survival are hindered by the injury to the ankle.  There would be no point in running away, since we A)have an injured ankle, B)would only call more attention to ourselves if a foe exists in the room, and C)would be unable to progress any farther in the storyline.

I propose we hide before we med, because we have no knowledge of how long the healing process will take, and if there is an enemy around, we'll want to get out of sight as quickly as possible.  Also, in the unlikely event that we're attacked before both actions are complete, even though we'll have our movement hindered by the injury, at least we'll have cover in a defensible position.

You guys have to imagine that RPG has Tremulous him self, Bajsefar tells that ancle is only 5% damage, in trem it life 99hp.

Use med with 99hp is dumbass. =]
