Simple re-texture of ATCS, makes all textures gray and less gritty.

Things this doesn't change:
- The lighting, that would require the map to be recompiled
- Sky Box, can change the textures but not the lighting (^) so a different sky would not look right.
- Player and structure textures, however I started making another mod that does; Alpha 1 HERE , Screenshots

If you want everything gray (or grey ?), use /r_greyscale 1 and /vid_restart.
