You have to get a game.qvm and place it on your user base/vm folder

Any maps not in the MG repo?  Email me or come to irc.freenode.net/#mg.

Nope, the beta has a proper installer.
So just run it and it should do everything for you.

Share will not be in 1.2.

SHARE IS FOR COMMUNISTS. GROW A PAIR AND EARN YOUR EVOS!

Take your pick.

I never planned to try to get my defintion in a dictionary.  ;)

That's just what some people say of share, doesn't make it true but I was acting both sides if you didn't notice.  :)

The ones that ships with 1.1?
Also soon the beta ones will be, and you could argue the dev server ones are.

The game won't even start without the qvm's being in place.  They're in vms-1.1.0.pk3.
