Parallax&Bump,VBO,Bloom... Engine who can port to tremulous?

Hello
I found this engine:

link removed -Taiyo.uk

this engine has some features like:depth of field,bump and parallax mapping,glslbloom.....

does someone port this to vanilla ioquake3?
