1.2 beta not working [SOLVED]

when i go into trem everything is fine as as far as i know the current trem (im still using 1.1 and dont have anything like tjw installed) works fine and i can still play,but when i go to ods in the main menu and change it from "zomg" to "gpp" (what i assume is the beat)it restarts trem basically and i get stuck at the white screen like right before the darkleigen screen, i can still move the mouse but it doesnt really matter.the only ive found to escape that is to use alt+f4 then xing out of the blue trem code thing, my screens resolution is messed up and really bright at this point,but restating trem and quiting turns it back to normal...any suggestions? ???

For 1.2 GPP you need to use tremulous-gpp.exe, which is in main tremulous folder if you installed 1.2 GPP properly.

ok ill try and see if that works,so your saying i should find said folder and open it basically?

Probably C:\Program Files\Tremulous\tremulous-gpp.exe. Double click on that file, or right click -> Send to -> Desktop(create shortcut).

ok, everything is ok as far as i can tell, thank you very much (really mean it) :) now to figure out how to put "[solved]" in the title
