The tremulous forum is intended as a public form of communication. Every board member
can create new messages or post replies (a few exceptions aside).

If you need to contact specific persons, other forms of communication are probably
more approriate. (email, instant messager, personal forum message...)

If this is not your intention, then this thread is probably junk anyway.
